Some notes about the new VIP Platform at Front of House.

We are introducing our VIP Front of House platform – an exclusive elevated space strategically positioned just behind the Front of House. This specialized platform is designed to be some of the best seats to enjoy your concert from. Elevate your concert experience, and watch the show above our Audio and Lighting techs, at arguably the best location possible. See your Venus map for the exact location.

Package details subject to change without notice. VIPs will receive an email from vip@breakingbenjamin.com approximately 1-3 days before the performance date with instructions regarding the fulfillment of the VIP Package items and additional details regarding day of show information. This information will also be posted at vip.breakingbenjamin.com. By purchasing a VIP experience, you agree to allow Breaking Benjamin to contact you via e-mail, phone, or text.

You must bring a valid PHOTO ID matching the PURCHASER on your order. Those who cannot present a photo ID matching the PURCHASER on the order will be not be admitted. There are no exceptions. All VIP Packages sales are FINAL, NON-REFUNDABLE, NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NO WILL CALL NAME CHANGES WILL BE PERMITTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. VIP Packages CANNOT BE EXCHANGED OR RESOLD AND ARE NOT REDEEMABLE FOR CASH. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan to Fan Resale. Please check with the venue directly for any age restrictions. VIPs understand that fulfillment activities may be conducted before the applicable show and VIPs may be required to arrive at least 1-3 hours before door time. All pre-show programs and times may vary date-to-date and are subject to modification at any time for any reason. Certain VIP activities may happen off site.

VIP Package merchandise is normally available for pickup at check-in for the performance date, and when available at check-in will under no circumstance be shipped. Should merchandise not be available at check-in due to unforeseen circumstances, Breaking Benjamin will then ship directly to the address provided at purchase (alternate shipping addresses are not permitted) If shipped, delivery of such merchandise may occur after the event date. Merchandise is not needed for entry to the show. By purchasing a VIP Package, you will not gain or be authorized access into any venue specific VIP or backstage areas. No parental escorts without their own package purchased will be permitted.
